Coach Mike will MOTIVATE
your running by:
- Challenging you to hit you workout goals;
- Providing strategies for races and competitions;
- Keeping you going through the good, the bad, and ..the
ugly times;
Coaching helps all
levels of runners, including cross country, beginner, intermediate, advanced,
and elite.
Group sessions and partner sessions can be arranged.
Workout times are negotiable.
