- Developing an individual plan to achieve your goals.

Coach Mike will MONITOR your running by:
- Helping set and track effort levels of workouts;
- Teaching you the values of varied paces and efforts.

Coach Mike will MOTIVATE your running by:
- Challenging you to hit you workout goals;
- Providing strategies for races and competitions;
- Keeping you going through the good, the bad, and ..the ugly times;

Coaching helps all levels of runners, including cross country, beginner, intermediate, advanced, and elite.
Group sessions and partner sessions can be arranged.

Workout times are negotiable.
