You may be interested in is starting up a new fitness program through walking, jogging, or even, heaven forbid, running. If you want to find out more about how to improve your fitness with your feet you should feel free to contact Coach Mike in his capacity as the Running Coach at Racquet's Edge. Through the club Mike can arrange for a running fitness evaluation and assessment, provide a sensible schedule to start jogging or running, and offer a wealth of information on the do's and don'ts of running. Many of his clients also discover that he can help motivate then to achieve goals and new personal bests. Mike possesses the ability to tailor his input to the very specific needs of the client. He could also help runners develop a good program for improving their running through strength training!
His fees are based
on the regular fees for a personal trainer at RE. In fact, Mike is a RE
Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Road Runners Club of America Certified
Running Coach, a H.S. Cross Country Coach, and certified by the American
Sport Education Program as a Coach. You can arrange to meet with Coach Mike

arranging a scheduled session through Caroline Perkins in the Fitness Department.
