Basic Evaluation:
One face-to-face or phone consultation, assessment of your running/fitness questionnaire, and a personalized monthly training schedule to meet your goals. Can be done at a running venue.

Phone and E-mail Coaching:
One 45-60 minute initial face-to-face or phone session, assessment of running/fitness questionnaire, monthly training schedule, and weekly phone sessions, with unlimited e-mail communications.

Group Sessions or Monthly Programs:
Gather a group of friends or like-minded runners and we can set up a customized program for you and your friends to reach your goals together. Rates are negotiable, based on the size of the group.

Corporate Fitness Program:
Designed by Coach Mike to meet the needs of companies with an interest in promoting healthy lifestyles and fitness through walking, jogging or running.. Contact Coach Mike if interested.

Phone Sessions:
Each phone session last up to 30 minutes as needed.

Personalized Programs:
You can mix and match from any of these programs to come up with the right balance of coaching you need to meet your goals. If you don't see what your looking for, please ask me to design something that fits. My goal is to create the perfect program for your running goals.

Coaching Opportunities and Options with the VermontRunningCoach

Personal Coached Workouts:
Coach Mike will design your workout, explain the purpose and benefits, demonstrate the techniques, time the laps, talk you through the highs and lows, and generally be the coach for you during a tougher than normal session. These sessions can also be used to evaluate your running fitness, determine effort levels, heart rate zones, observe your bio-mechanics and analyze your gait.
