Phone and E-mail Coaching:
One 45-60 minute
initial face-to-face or phone session, assessment of running/fitness questionnaire,
monthly training schedule, and weekly phone sessions, with unlimited e-mail
communications.
Group Sessions or Monthly
Programs:
Gather a group of friends or like-minded runners and we can set up a customized
program for you and your friends to reach your goals together. Rates are negotiable,
based on the size of the group.
Corporate Fitness Program:
Designed by Coach Mike to meet the needs of companies with an interest
in promoting healthy lifestyles and fitness through walking, jogging or running..
Contact Coach Mike if interested.
Phone Sessions:
Each phone session last up to 30 minutes as needed.
Accessibility:
By signing up for the Phone & Email option you actually can meet up
with Coach Mike during the Sunday Long Runs at Twin Oaks Health & Fitness
in South Burlington , and at the many local races he participates in. He often
holds informal pre and post race discussions with his runners to review strategy
and assess results.
Personalized Programs:
You can mix and match from any of these programs to come up with the right
balance of coaching you need to meet your goals. If you don't see what your
looking for, please ask me to design something that fits. My goal is to create
the perfect program for your running goals.

Coaching Opportunities and Options with the VermontRunningCoach
Personal Coached Workouts:
Coach Mike will
design your workout, explain the purpose and benefits, demonstrate the techniques,
time the laps, talk you through the highs and lows, and generally be the coach
for you during a tougher than normal session. These sessions can also be used
to evaluate your running fitness, determine effort levels, heart rate zones,
observe your bio-mechanics and analyze your gait.
